Foundry
We operate in domestic and international markets in the manufacture of castings for various industries, with manufacturing facilities in an area of ​​6,480 square meters, production capacity of 1,120 tons / month. Manufacturing parts from 0.2 kg to 300 kg, in the molding process in green sand and cold box, automated high pressure.
All manufacturing processes are subject to strict control following the Quality Management System ISO-9001.

Casting
Automated molding systems:

• Green sand in hydraulic molder Vick Gcm-130 in the dimensions of 700 x 550 x 400 mm high compression with multiple heads.
• Cold Box in Blow Vick HV-2 in the dimensions 400 x 400 x 400 mm.

Merger
Induction Furnace PILLAR 600 kW x 600 Hz with independent panels, creating more time metal volume and control the leak. Producing alloys in Nodular Cast Iron and Grey in all classes.

Males
Males systems:

• Cold Box in Blow Vick HV-2 triple stage with sand supply for pneumatic propulsion, generating better quality surface finish in the production of males.
• CO²
• Sand Shell

Laboratory
Chemical, physical laboratory, metallographic equipped with optical emission spectrometer analyzing 26 chemical elements, bench hardness testers and 3000 kg column.
Metallography software for capacity building and structural analysis of materials and alloys. We have technical team able to analyze and issue technical reports.
